Review Process
Special Issue submissions undergo standard peer review coordinated by Guest Editors in collaboration with journal editorial staff. Acceptance is based on scientific merit and alignment with Special Issue theme. Guest Editor recommendations inform but do not guarantee editorial decisions.
Standard APC: Regular article processing charges apply to Special Issue contributions. Member discounts and waiver programs remain available for eligible authors.
