- The Open Access Policy should include detailed guidelines on the types of articles that can be deposited, the locations where these deposits can be made, and any restrictions that may apply to the deposit process.
- Additionally, the policy should address any restrictions that may be placed on self-archiving, such as embargoes on making the deposit public or limitations on the version of the article that can be deposited.
