International Journal of Neuroimaging introduces a membership program aimed at fostering a community of researchers, practitioners, and enthusiasts dedicated to advancing the understanding and application of the area. Individual Researchers, Authors Membership

Individual researchers and authors avail significant discounts on Article Processing Charges (APC), making it more cost-effective to publish their research. To be eligible for APC waivers, individuals must be listed as an author or co-author of the submitted manuscript. Members receive a membership certificate upon registration and can submit an unlimited number of manuscripts annually, with the exception of special issues. Additionally, a 30% discount on the APC is available for articles submitted to special issues. Authors can publish an unlimited number of submissions throughout the period.

Student Membership

The Student Membership is tailored to support aspiring researchers and students engaged in academic or scientific research. Eligible students must submit a recommendation letter from their department head, research supervisor, or group leader at the time of application. This membership allows students to contribute as an author or co-author, providing them with practical experience in the academic publishing process and enabling them to build their publication portfolio early in their careers. It serves as a valuable platform for students to showcase their research, engage with the wider scientific community, and commence the establishment of their academic reputation. Additional benefits include the ability to publish an unlimited number of articles during the membership period, a personalized membership certificate, and access to journal updates.

Institutional Membership

Our institutional memberships enable academic institutions, such as universities and research labs, to streamline their research publication process. This membership allows multiple authors to publish under a single membership, offering special discounts and a certificate of membership to acknowledge and celebrate valuable contributions to the scientific community.
 

Corporate/Industry Membership

Corporate or Industry Membership is aimed at private companies, biotech firms, pharmaceutical organizations, and other commercial entities involved in research and innovation. This membership facilitates strategic collaboration between industry and academia by allowing companies to publish their research findings and case studies in peer-reviewed journals. Members benefit from discounted or waived article processing charges (APCs) for their employees. Corporate members may also be invited to contribute to special issues and collaborate on industry-focused editorials. Additionally, we provide a certificate of membership to acknowledge and honor contributions to the scientific community.

Membership Application Instructions

To join as a member, individuals are encouraged to select the suitable membership plan and send an email to membership@openaccesspub.org with the following details:
 
- Full name
- Institutional affiliation
- Complete mailing address
- The journal(s) of interest
 We encourage researchers to include any additional questions or specific requests in their email.

Important Points to be Noted

• Utilization of Exclusive Membership Services: We encourage you to make the most of your exclusive membership services within the designated validity period. Please note that any unused entitlements cannot be carried forward unless explicitly stated.
• Early Renewal: We recommend considering an early renewal of your membership before the expiration date, subject to applicable terms and conditions. This will ensure uninterrupted access to the benefits and services associated with your membership.
• 10% Waiver on Membership Renewal Fees: As an incentive to continue your association with us, existing members are entitled to a 10% waiver on membership renewal fees. This waiver is applicable when renewing before the expiration date of the current agreement.
• Deadline for Renewals: Please be aware that renewals submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for the continuation of unused services. We encourage you to plan your renewal in advance to avoid any disruption in your membership benefits.
